  • Residential Measurement Standard (RMS) – We’ll have the professionals come in to have your home measured. This will ensure compliance and accuracy. (
  • Build Your Home’s Presence Online – Did you know that over 90% of prospective buyers look online before contacting a Realtor? My team and I will ensure that your home has amaximum online presence through various marketing avenues, including Google AdWords / SEO as well as social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Integrate into Growing Markets – The Asian market has become very prominent in the Canadian real estate market. Our team will display your home on to ensure you get full coverage in this growing market!
  • Postcard Blitz – Who better than a neighbour to advertise your home to a friend or family member looking for a house in the neighbourhood? Our team will make sure they’re informed with a postcard that invites them to spread the word!
  • Feature Sheets – We will design a high-quality feature sheet for perspective buyer’s including specific details and high-res pictures so that perspective buyers have your home at their fingertips.
